Gale was a very special man. When I first was researching The Wiedner Family Tree I came upon his name and took a chance contacting people from the phone book. We were both surprised to "hit pay dirt" and make the connection. He helped me a lot and being able to put a picture to a document was priceless. He was so amazed that I had not used a computer to do my research and he gave me one that he had rebuilt to play with and get comfortable with until I was able to purchase a new one and connect to the internet. Even though I treasure the paper documentation, making other connections and doing document searches was so much easier. I owe him so much for the computer start he gave me. I was surprised to hear of his passing, but I have learned to not fear death. The little bit I know of him, he is having one heck of a party reuniting with the ones that went before him. Our sympathy goes out to his family for your loss. He will truly be missed.
